“Brandy and Ken took care of me and my severely bent wheel. Even after communicating with me that the wheel was bent too deep into the barrel, they still managed to use their expertise to correct the bend in my wheel and got it to hold air, as requested. Thank you!”

“I have never been to a Discount Tire before but I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else. I arrived 30 minutes before close to get a new tire put on. I had to drive back to Knoxville and was balling on a budget to say the least. Clark immediately started helping me, and I got 2 tires for an affordable price that I thought I couldn’t handle. Clark made it happen for me, without his high quality customer service and empathy I might not have made it back to Knoxville with all my tires.”
“Top notch service! I had taken my car to the dealership for an oil change & tire rotation. When I got home I found out that one of my lug nuts was missing. I don’t know if they left it off or if it fell off on the way home. I went to the MJ Discount Tire and Lloyd was able to find a matching lug nut in his bin of spares. He replaced the lug nut and checked the torque on all of the others to make sure they were okay and got me on my way. What a great company and a great employee!”

“Made an appointment online. Arrived a bit early and were greeted and seated quickly. Getting all 4 new tires mounted and balanced took less than an hour. I kept one tire for a home project and the disposal fee for that one was waived. They even installed my modded tire valves. Overall I am satisfied with Discount Tire's service. If ever I need warranty work or more services from them, I will update this review.”
