The whole Store did a good job taking care of me but it was Two names that really had a MVP performance,.. Danny and Jermaine. I came back twice because I had the wrong measurements on wood cuts. What heavily impressed me was the patience and the teamwork displayed to take care of my needs. I now have a happier wife which will indeed make my life happier. I greatly appreciate both of you!”

My wife purchased a brother 6 head embroidery machine and had some questions after some time went by. She was given a private lesson to answer all her questions and shown tricks that made her projects so much easier. It’s honestly difficult to find service this good!”
“Great store great location was acknowledged as soon as we came in the store. Also ask how they could help The sales associate was awesome. I told her my concerns and what I wanted in the appliance package for the kitchen and within five minutes, she showed me a complete whirlpool package. She was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. Got the complete package financed for 18 months. Also got a rebate we were in and out of the store with in 30 minutes. That was on June 1 by the 4th of June the appliance package was delivered. The delivery men who brought in the appliances were very competent and worked well together to get them put in, in a timely and safe manner so not to damage anything. The whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, The whirlpool convection/air fry oven, plus matching over the range microwave and last but not least the best dishwasher I’ve ever had the dishes come out squeaky, clean, looking polished. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying appliances, electronic express on Old Hickory Blvd., Nashville, TN is awesome and Mary is the best sales associate.”
“Awesome customer service. I needed a replacement charger for my laptop. Didn't have any idea what to buy for DC 12 v, 2 Amp. I brought it to the store & they made sure the one they Recommended works perfect. I'll definitely come here in the future. I had went to Best Buy first & they didn't help at all!These guys made sure I got the correct charger.”

She kept trying to locate the charger even with the store manager not being the most helpful (at the beginning) Mel reached out and a charger was found. Thanks Mel.”

“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”
