“I come here specifically for the Kobalt brand. It offers some of the best value for the money with solid quality at an affordable price. When comparing the most expensive, highest-quality tools to the cheapest, lowest-quality options, I feel like Kobalt sits right in the middle—and that’s exactly where I like to be.
As for the store, the location is right off the I-40 exit, which makes it really convenient to get in and out. There has never been a time I’ve come here and couldn’t find what I needed. It’s always well-stocked, easy to access, and worth the stop.”
“Great store great location was acknowledged as soon as we came in the store. Also ask how they could help The sales associate was awesome. I told her my concerns and what I wanted in the appliance package for the kitchen and within five minutes, she showed me a complete whirlpool package. She was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. Got the complete package financed for 18 months. Also got a rebate we were in and out of the store with in 30 minutes. That was on June 1 by the 4th of June the appliance package was delivered. The delivery men who brought in the appliances were very competent and worked well together to get them put in, in a timely and safe manner so not to damage anything. The whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, The whirlpool convection/air fry oven, plus matching over the range microwave and last but not least the best dishwasher I’ve ever had the dishes come out squeaky, clean, looking polished. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying appliances, electronic express on Old Hickory Blvd., Nashville, TN is awesome and Mary is the best sales associate.”
“The staff at Ferguson Plumbing Supply were extremely helpful, really going above and beyond to help us solve an unexpected problem we encountered while trying to renovate our mid-century bathroom (which still had all the original fixtures!) “It’s a standard Home Depot. They’ve got every tool or building material that you could pretty much think of unless you want to try to get fancy. I’d love to buy up a bunch of chain-link fence and put up one for my dogs, but I don’t have enough money. Very friendly staff, I’m from New York. I’m not used to everybody being this nice.”
“So to make a long story short, ordered carpet on 2/6/26. To be installed 2 weeks later. Now being 3/23/26carpet still not in, store had no apology for anything , and didnt say anything that I would have to rearrange my s reduce 6 times to get carpet in. Store manager Jacob that I spoke with , seemed like he could care less. Order canceled. Not doing it. Near 8000 dollar order.
Update: after speaking in person with the store, and give and take on both sides. I redid my rating. However , be it known, I will think hard about ever doing a big job with the store.”

The whole Store did a good job taking care of me but it was Two names that really had a MVP performance,.. Danny and Jermaine. I came back twice because I had the wrong measurements on wood cuts. What heavily impressed me was the patience and the teamwork displayed to take care of my needs. I now have a happier wife which will indeed make my life happier. I greatly appreciate both of you!”
