“This was my 3rd mechanic for my brakes/wheel speed sensor. They were immediately polite and professional. Man took my keys from me while he was on his way out to clock out, they were so kind over the phone and communicated so well. Then they gave me a very fair price. Literally half what the other places were charging me. Then they had my car fixed within 24 hours. I'm literally in shock. I've been looking for a honest and affordable shop with manners for 8 years. I FINALLY found them. I'll never go anywhere else. As a travel nurse and single mom my car is extremely important. I just can't get over how well I was treated and how good my car runs. 10/10 stars for me!!!!!!!”

“Coming to leave a review of outstanding service for this place of business. We bought a car. Fairly new , low mileage. And 10 days after buying the vehicle the whole engine blew. This shop did the whole replacement. The price was fair and they had it done very quickly, way under the quoted time frame. The car is absolutely perfect . We got a new motor with a 2 year warranty as well. They were professional , and we cannot say enough good things about them. We have another vehicle that needs some repairs and we are taking not to them this week just because it was such a great experience. Thank you, if you go here you will not be disappointed!!!”

“I've visited this Firestone store several times in 2025 and 2026. (Don't buy from Carvana, but if you do, get the warranty!) Mostly good experiences. Justin is nice and helpful and patient. The Firestone app is helpful for making appointments and keeping documents together in one easily accessible place. And it's nice to have several other stores within walking distance if you have a lengthy wait and no ride: Hobby Lobby, Starbucks, Home Depot, and others. Suggestion: complimentary coffee and bottled water.”
“Michael, Chris, and Abdul, the 3 techs who worked on my truck so meticulously after I told them about how many lug nuts and studs I’d broken in the past.
