“Brian took the time to explain to me over the phone what might be going on with my brakes. Since I knew nothing about the difference between a rotor or a pad, he was clear and detailed about what I might need. When I arrived the next day after calling around to other shops, and deciding they were the best ones to help me, Brian got me in promptly, and even though he had to get parts from down the street he got it done within an hour. He was very courteous and professional. For the money I spent I believe I got an excellent break job, which was warranted.”
