“Went for the great reviews and glad that I DID!! This past Friday I drove to Mt. Juiet Honda hoping to get a oil change and tire rotation. Upon sitting outside the checkin for 10 mins I finally greated and told was told it would be 3 to 4 hours because 70 cars were in front of me. Oh my. I quickly, reached for my phone to search for other options as I wanted to get this service completed today. I found Mike's had 4.8 stars so I gave them a call and they said they would take me in 40mins. Blake even made me an appointment over the phone.I arrived there about 15mins later. Not located in that main MtJ path, but worth the extra 9min drive.When you pull up, looks like a giant warehouse. When you enter it looks like a modern non automotive office. Pleaantly surprised. It has a larger clean customer waiting area. Def not like competitors with their dusty chairs like some other shops. Once inside, the only thing that reminds you that you are in an auto shop is that the tv had an autoshow playing. It seems like Mikes goal was to provide a calm, modern, clean, spa lke feel while you wait for your services. I mean they actually had a spa sound machine in the waiting room. When have you ever seen that, lol??It was very pleasant to be greeted with great customer service. All personnel said hello, clothes looked very clean, not oily. I once again interacted with Blake. He explained cost (which were comparable to the dealer). He also explained food options located in the area because I was a little hungry, lol. Tip, eat before you arrive or make sure to bring your own little snack if needed. not too much in the area walkable. Especially if the weather is not so good.They pulled my car back immediately and got to work. I think total time was just under an hour. They did not try to upsale me on any services which was great. I will be making the drive back to get any additional work due to the excellent customer service.One note:IF, I had to point out anything, I did see a shuttle car parked out front so not sure how it is utilized or if it was in service, but it wasn't offered. At the time the shop didn't seem chaotic and three personnel were sitting in the office area. I appeared to be the only customer waiting at the time to my knowledge.That would be about the only improvement I MIGHT point out if anything.Service was excellent. See you soon for the service for my other vehicle.”

“2017 VW Beetle Convertible. I goofed and un-torqued a motor mount bolt on my wife's beloved Beetle. I stopped what I was doing and took it right to this mechanic. He could have said anything. Could have charged me anything. Could have told me I needed $$$ to repair. Instead he listened to what I told him. Looked at it. Saw what I told him was wrong. And re-torqued the bolt that needed it. It is so rare to find an honest mechanic these days. Charged me 1/2 hr. labor and was able to fix it within 30 minutes while I waited. So, he has us for customers now. He works on all European brands, BMW, Audi, VW, and more. Staff was polite and efficient. Place was clean and comfortable.”
“Tuned my 06 GTO for me after I installed heads, cam and intake. Runs and idles great, and I'm happy with the hp/tq they were able to get out of the build. I've had to bring it back to them three times for various reasons. Not their fault (I had to replace the plenum gaskets to fix a vacuum leak). They haven't charged me any additional money for the extra time they have put into my car, even when I offer to pay them more for there time. Great service and wonderful follow up.”

Carl reached out to us immediately and within 30 minutes, we had placed the smoothest and easiest special order we have ever done for ANYTHING. And while every other dealer wanted MSRP (or above) for a special order, Two Rivers had a very fair price of 1% over invoice. To our amazement, our special order truck was built just six weeks later and we took delivery on June 1st. Again, this time during the delivery process, Carl could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. Truly outstanding customer service all around. “These guys are great! I looked for a Honda Accord or Civic for 3 months on every website imaginable. Went through about 600 potential cars and test drove about 10. Always something wrong with them. I picked up an awesome 2010 Honda Accord with only 103,000 miles and only one owner (Florida!!) from these guys. Have had it for 4 months and absolutely nothing wrong with it! And I can assure you, any other used car place would have had this car listed for at least $2,000 more! Highly recommend!!! Thanks again, guys!!!”

“I came in for an oil change. I know that your sales people are taught to "upsale" other car maintenance services. So I got the brake fluid flushed and an alignment. You guys sell great tires ( I've bought them in the past for newer vehicles I've owned). But I think your tires are too expensive for an older SUV ( nearly 170000 miles on mine.) So I will look online for cheaper tires that will only last 40000 miles or so because I will probably sell my SUV when it reaches 200000 miles. Thank you for the quick and courteous service for the servicing that was taken care of today.”

The service was excellent , starting from the phone call I had with a very friendly employee- Mike. To the encounter and then even my pick up after the service. I had a nail in my tire with an air leak. I went to Firestone first, they brushed me off and told me they were too busy. ?? It was my first day of work - so I was already stressed. Then I called this place and they took me in right away, sent me back to work in an Uber and then even picked me up in an Uber after the car was ready. Everything was done within an 1-1.5 hours.I fully recommend coming here for your auto concerns, definitely don’t even try to hit up Firestone.”
