“Dollar Tree on Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet is a very nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store's inventory is usually very well maintained and stocked compared to a few of the other local Dollar Tree stores. I was able to get what I wanted and check out without much of a wait. Highly recommend this Dollar Tree.”
“This Dollar General sits on Dickerson Pike close to where Nashville meets Goodlettsville. For the most part, it is your standard DG location from entry to exit. I have popped in here a few times, most recently after a few things I forgot to grab at the grocery store. While DG doesn't carry enough to be a big substitute for food items, the stuff it does carry is pretty solid. I am comfortable picking up snacks, sweets and condiments on a regular basis at DG now. This location seems smaller and a little more cramped than other locations and service can be hit and miss, along with the condition needing a little attention...but overall, decent place to swing through for random or one-off items!”
“The manager Angie is the definition of good customer service. I called about their stock of Monster White Pineapple that has low or out of stock at other Dollar Trees but they had it! Angie helped me look for hidden cans, even checked the back stock. Thank you again for helping me!”

“I just stopped in for a few basic items and witnessed a karen giving the manager a hard time about the lack of a return policy. (No returns or credits, exchanges only) The manager was calm the whole time and was very patient with karen. I was tired of hearing karen repeat herself as if the policy was going to magically change. I kindly told her that was the real policy and has been for a long time. Karen continued repeating herself like a broken record player. Karen was wearing a lavender sweater and took up a large amount of space. (I really would love it if karen reads this one day, shame on you). Karen was blocking the entire check out lane as a cashier scanned my items. Near the end of my purchase, I spoke up to karen again, and told her the policy wasn’t going to change. Karen yelled at me about how she was a customer and it wasn’t my business. I corrected her (because Karens have to keep the act up when they’re obviously wrong; they won’t admit their fault) and told her it was my business since she was blocking my ability to pay. She yelled that it wasn’t even time for me to pay as the cashier scanned my last items. By the time she finished that sentence, the cashier had nothing left to scan. Karen did waddle her butt out of the way, but continued to repeat the same act after I left.Karens, Walmart is next door. They have a return policy. Dollar Tree is not for Karens. Actually, no store is for Karens. Shout out to the manager and cashier for being polite to karen.Next time though, an employee should be the one telling non-purchasing Karens to move out of the way so real customers can pay. -1 star for that and other issues I’ve experienced with this location. I should have been treated with the same courtesy that yucky karen received by the manager as well.”
“When they are not overwhelmed they're totally awesome. All I have to do now is learn the fruits and vegetable deliveries and the cigarette deliveries other than that mostly on top of love the frozen food section.”
“I was pleasantly surprised!! Usually, I try to avoid this location due to poor management of the store. Usually its very unorganized with boxes of merchandise all over the place. And it typically is understaffed. But not today!!! There is new management. Clean and organized store. Friendly and helpful staff. Good job DG...”

“I've seen messy Dollar Generals, and I've seen clean Dollar Generals. This one, despite the Help Wanted signs around the store, is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I've ever seen. If I lived closer, I'd visit it more frequently.
The store was also well-stocked and very tidy. I didn't see any employees besides the cashier, but it's clear that all the employees care about keeping the place running.”

“I live in Gallatin and work a block from this location. Although there are several DG stores between home and work i prefer this one to shop at. These reason is due to the awesome customer service i receive from the manager. She is not only fast and very efficient..she is also so kind and has a smile for everyone. “The shelves were being stocked during my visit which actually wasn't a turn off because the clerk had some.down home Blues music playing which help to liven my mood. Lol! Overall the clerks.were nice, friendly and engaging.”

“Brand spanking new store open for about a week and a half. Great folks and great selection of merchandise. Hours are 8am-10pm. It took 7 years for this area to market sweet tea and Patti's pies. Now there's finally a DGS here. What's next a Waffle House? Lol”
“Nicole and Selena are always helpful and work HARD. Im there a few times a week. There is young man and older lady who put stock up. They also work HARD. I think this is the BEST crew they have had. But they can't keep good help. So these 4 i see everytime im there. I HOPE DG recognizes the HARD workers they have.”

“Current crew young guys and one woman are way nicer and more helpful than the four that worked there before. I stopped going there for awhile because the old employees were super rude and I was waiting in line and the Jamaican woman employee was on the phone saying racist stuff against white people and the others were so angry all the time and short tempered. The older guy who's a manger there now is really kind and a hard worker. Just glad they got the riff raff out of there because there's no reason for that.”
