“There is plenty of parking and the lot is very well maintained. The store itself is very clean. The staff is very nice and courteous. They load items for you. The prices are reasonable. The outside items for purchase are kept nice and neat. The boards are straight. Overall very nice shopping trip for fencing repair supplies.”
“This is the only place I will leave my dog. The staff and facilities are superbly managed. Someone spends the night at this facility which is priceless to my my peace of mind. My dog always looks like he is having a amazing time and I get to see him on video during his play time. When we pull up to the building he gets super excited ... which tells me he has an amazing experience here. I get daily updates from the staff and everyone is always so helpful. You will immediately notice too that there is so much staff there caring for and looking after the dogs. They do not skimp on oversight. I also love that he has tons of safe/secure yard space to romp around on his play outings. He gets to go outside for his play / social breaks 5x's a day, while still having his own little room too. He can also get spa treatment (ie grooming) while he is there. So convenient. He comes home looking all spiffy and smelling amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this dog resort and their staff too. I feel so thankful I found them to take great care of my baby when I travel.”

“Angie the groomer is the absolute BEST there is! She does our doodle every 6 weeks and has done a fantastic job each time. Our pup, Maisy, comes out looking like a show dog, and I can tell her confidence is up each time! Angie takes her time and helps Maisy through and anxious tendencies and this is the only time I've seen Maisy willingly (and excitedly) go back for a grooming session!”

“Went into look at the reptiles Turtles thinking about getting one and an aquarium. Staff is very very helpful and very knowledgeable they didn't have the kind of turtle I wanted because the state of Tennessee doesn't allow them to sell them called a Reeves turtle it's amazing the regulations and rules of some states you can go south of here and buy them all day long”

The staff was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for without any hassle. Prices seemed reasonable and checkout was quick. Overall, a convenient place to shop and I’d definitely come back”
“Paws pet palace is amazing! Our bichon has been coming here for years for grooming and they are outstanding! Today Amber out did herself and treated our boy like a king! He is very energetic for an 8 year old but she gave him an amazing new style, took care of a his specific needs, and had him pose for this adorable pic! I was so pleased and can’t say enough about Amber and Paws Pet Palace!”
“We brought our long-haired Chow to Christian for his first grooming session with him, and I couldn’t be happier! I was pretty nervous because our dog gets anxious, but Christian was so patient, caring, and sweet with him. He was incredibly thorough, listened carefully to exactly what we wanted, and gave us a great update afterward. He’s back to looking majestic and so much better than before! :)”
“Amazing with my puppy Henry! He usually barks or whines in a kennel. I could tell when I came to pick him up that the people who run this loved on him so much that he felt fully comfortable in his little enclosure; he wasn’t making a peep! They did amazing at his outline cut and he smells so great. As a puppy, he can only have hypoallergenic scents and sometimes that can make him just smell like I bathed him at home. Not at bark Avenue though! Really top-notch dog shampoos even for puppies. I was charged by a place in Nashville 70 dollars when he was less than 25 pounds. He’s now nearing 40 and they charged 95 for full service here at bark Avenue! It’s feels great also knowing the people here genuinely love dogs as they’ve been grooming my parents’ dog for the past months and were highly recommended to me. Their dog is a husky (double coats) and always smells wonderful! Totally worth the money and we will be making the drive to Hendersonville Bark Avenue our routine for years!”

“I love it here, I've used the self wash station and it was great, the staff were polite, the product selection is decent but slightly limited but it's a smaller store so obviously understandable it was easy to use the bath station and obviously it's dog friendly here. The only reason I give four is because parking is super hard to the point where you will have to allocate extra time to safely get in and out of the lot.”

“This was the first time bringing our kitten in for grooming services. Ester was an awesome groomer and Karen handled the administrative portion well. I did take pause with the disposition of Abigail. Not only was she off putting but not helpful. I reviewed the information online indicating walk-ins were permitted. Customer service training should be a must when dealing with the public. Instead of suggesting to a new customer that appointments are preferred, she begin saying what couldn't be done. Not good! Everything delivered was with ATTITUDE. Im so thankful she didn't have to provide the service or we would have left and gone to our physician at Providence Animal Hospital. So as it was, our babygirl received service and for that we are grateful.”
