“Super nice staff really clean all the animals seem really happy they are definitely well taken care of. I don’t know what it is about this certain place with cats but anytime I’ve ever been in here. They have the sweetest cats. I have adopted two overtime now and they are the sweetest cats I’ve ever had. I have two young kids and the cats adore me and my children. Very well, trained sweet cats.”

“I took all three of my dogs in for grooming today. I’m a helicopter mom when it comes to my babies - I have to say they took exceptionally great care of them. They all three looks fantastic, they are healthy and happy and it was a really good experience for all of us! Highly recommend the Oasis team and Ashley!”

“Went into look at the reptiles Turtles thinking about getting one and an aquarium. Staff is very very helpful and very knowledgeable they didn't have the kind of turtle I wanted because the state of Tennessee doesn't allow them to sell them called a Reeves turtle it's amazing the regulations and rules of some states you can go south of here and buy them all day long”

“My cat and I love pet supplies plus. Best prices I’ve ever seen for quality toys! I used to only get toys on special holidays and she barely wanted anything to do with them, but at pet supplies plus I can afford them at random and she doesn’t leave them alone! Workers here are always kind and always make sure you’re taken care of. ? The cats they sell are also always out of a rescue organization and their cages are clean.”

“Paws pet palace is amazing! Our bichon has been coming here for years for grooming and they are outstanding! Today Amber out did herself and treated our boy like a king! He is very energetic for an 8 year old but she gave him an amazing new style, took care of a his specific needs, and had him pose for this adorable pic! I was so pleased and can’t say enough about Amber and Paws Pet Palace!”
“Amazing with my puppy Henry! He usually barks or whines in a kennel. I could tell when I came to pick him up that the people who run this loved on him so much that he felt fully comfortable in his little enclosure; he wasn’t making a peep! They did amazing at his outline cut and he smells so great. As a puppy, he can only have hypoallergenic scents and sometimes that can make him just smell like I bathed him at home. Not at bark Avenue though! Really top-notch dog shampoos even for puppies. I was charged by a place in Nashville 70 dollars when he was less than 25 pounds. He’s now nearing 40 and they charged 95 for full service here at bark Avenue! It’s feels great also knowing the people here genuinely love dogs as they’ve been grooming my parents’ dog for the past months and were highly recommended to me. Their dog is a husky (double coats) and always smells wonderful! Totally worth the money and we will be making the drive to Hendersonville Bark Avenue our routine for years!”

“We take our Dogs here for classes Taryn the instructor is great all the staff are so nice and helpful they actively encourage you to bring your pups back for training and practice in the store . The training classes have helped both our new puppy and our senior dog who never had training . I am sorry for going so long but this is a great store and Staff . To everyone who works there I didnt list anyone's name other then Taryn because I don't want to leave anyone out Yall are all great and the store always looks like it just grand opened . I promise you if you take your dog in for classes you will not regret it !”
“We recently took our dog to Spot's Pet Supply for a DIY bath. When we arrived, Jerri greeted us and we informed her that we had just adopted our furry friend and were new to the whole dog-bathing process. She was very friendly and gave us step-by-step instructions on how to use the water and shampoo hose, as well as where to find all the necessary supplies in the DIY Wash area, including aprons, dog shampoo, nail clippers, ear wipes, towels, and a leash for the bath bin. The DIY wash cost $17.99 before tax, which we found to be quite reasonable. In addition to washing our dog, we also purchased a snack for our pup and a dental bone. Overall, we highly recommend Spot's for washing your dog, especially if you want a clean pup but don't want to deal with cleaning up fur in your bathtub.”

“This was the first time bringing our kitten in for grooming services. Ester was an awesome groomer and Karen handled the administrative portion well. I did take pause with the disposition of Abigail. Not only was she off putting but not helpful. I reviewed the information online indicating walk-ins were permitted. Customer service training should be a must when dealing with the public. Instead of suggesting to a new customer that appointments are preferred, she begin saying what couldn't be done. Not good! Everything delivered was with ATTITUDE. Im so thankful she didn't have to provide the service or we would have left and gone to our physician at Providence Animal Hospital. So as it was, our babygirl received service and for that we are grateful.”
