“Love this store and our pets love Bridget, our oldest dog is 12 years old and has injured his toes & knees during covid by running on hard wood floor with lots of fur, so after he was treated we found it hard to get him groomed from after effects of injury and probably his anxiety but Bridget has always been great with him once we explained to her what happened with his injury, so give them 5+ stars for that alone and they have always been great in every other area. Thanks Petsmart!”

“I took my dog, Lottie, to Hollywood Feed this evening. She is a rescue and takes time to warm up to new places and people. She was nervous (tail tucked, etc) as we went into the store, but I have never seen that change so quickly! The two men running the store were so amazingly kind and encouraging and patient with her that she was running around behind the register to get to them by the time we left. They even gave her a “to-go” bag of some of the treats they kept on the counter. What a great confidence-building experience for her, and what excellent humans! Thank you!”

“One of the best spots for your pets needs. They have food, treats, toys, and all the other essentials. For the dog parents: they have ball they sell that is basically indestructible. I didn't believe it by the looks of it (my dog chews apart all of his toys) but this ball has lasted 2 months already!!! Definitely worth a visit for your fur friends!”

“We were told by local vets that our dog, Zeus, an 82 pound German Shepard puppy, would have to be sedated before they could trim his nails and sent us home. A friend at the dog park told us she takes her dog to Paws Pet Palace. When we left the dog park, we drove straight there.They took Zeus in right away and 5 minutes later his nails were trimmed! What an amazing place Paws Pet Palace is. I highly recommend.”

“We have found our pup's favorite boarding spot! Every aspect of customer service, from drop-off to photos in between to pick-up, we felt our pup was in great hands. The facility felt very secure but was also super welcoming, and you can tell everyone we spoke with truly loves animals and treats all of their boarding dogs like their own. I honestly have no complaints and will absolutely bring our fur baby back here.”

“I've had my pup Bentley (breed: Wheaten Terrier) groomed here twice in the past few months and both times we were with Lindsey Mehl and she is WONDERFUL! Bentley has some physical health concerns that Lindsey accommodates very well and she listened to my preferences for a teddy beat cut vs. a breed specific cut. The organization is great overall too and I'd highly recommend checking them out! Def ask for Lindsey - she was great with Bentley and it sounds like she loves groomer larger dogs, too! “I have to go to PetSmart to get crickets for my lizard and also to pick up my dog food she's on a special diet it's always clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and this particular time they didn't have my dog food in stock the employee helping me told me I could go to a different PetSmart or I could go across the street to a new pet store that's opened up what did I do I got online found what I was looking for at a different PetSmart location and had the dog food delivered. I have the utmost respect for that employee because he put the need of my dog and that special food in front of just the sale”

“After having a few butchered groomings elsewhere, I decided to try out the groom salon at my local Petco. I was super nervous due to past experiences and from the moment we walked in, both my dog and I were greeted with kindness and adoration for my pup. I originally was put with Seth, but after the receptionist was talking to me and getting to know my dog, he took note that my dog is still nervous around men due to unfortunate events when she was younger. So when I picked her up, I was greeted by the nicest woman, Savannah, and she had let me know that they decided to switch due to my dog having more ease being with a woman. I did not request this at all, but it made my heart so happy that they did it.Savannah, and the whole team, took such good care of my pup and it was a successful appointment. I can’t thank you all enough! We will definitely be back.”
