“Many thanks to the helpful staff at this store for resolving an issue with my new iPhone 13. Received my new phone via UPS recently but Verizon sent me the wrong size screen protector with the shipment. Walked into this store and the very helpful and friendly "Kota" made quick work to fix me up with the correct size screen protector for my pro max phone. She even installed it on the spot for me. Every Verizon store needs a "Kota." Thanks again!”

We were victims of a double phone hijack needing 2 new sim cards. She helped us trough the process. She did all the calls to support and got us back up and running. If every store had one of her training the employees Boost Mobile would be the greatest provider ever!

“I don’t do reviews often but the experience I had with a Brian last week deserved 5 stars for sure. I was very unhappy with Verizon’s customer service I’ve received from the Redbank location. Their only concern is sales. I was waiting for AT&T to offer a buy out deal with plans to switch ASAP.
I needed to add a business line to my plan and stopped into Hixson, Brian went above and beyond assisting with porting and transferring the number. It took a few days but he kept in contact, giving me updates after hours and on his day off.
He completely changed my perspective and I’ll be sticking with Verizon.
