I pulled into O’Reillys and they’re two gentleman There were two gentleman, one named Allen and the other name was Brandon, who are extremely helpful, polite, and got me right back on the road.”
“I was worried about the quality of work because I hear horror stories all the time but the repair on my car was extensive and exceeded my expectations. My adjuster kept us updated and was nice. The only issue I had, which isn’t much of a problem, was the amount of grease smudges inside my car. That’s easily cleaned. I’m very happy with the service and repair. I recommend classic collision.”

“Came to the store because It was the only one that had my part in stock in the area however this will now be the store that I go to all the time based on a service that I received here I was shopping on the budget due to the fact that I had many parts to buy previously and Hannah was awesome not only did she get me the motor mount that I need to have she made sure it was in good condition in addition to that gave me some great tips and pointers on some other things and was above and beyond customer service wise this is my go-to store for advance Auto from now on I don't care if I have to drive an extra 10 miles to get here based on the service I received today I can only imagine that hannawill be a manager at the store soon If she's not already most times I pass judgment on any worker that is in an auto parts store that may not know the auto parts but on this occasion I didn't even have to because the knowledge this representative had in customer service far exceeded any other in any advance I've gone to across several states in fact I can't stress enough how easy and overall stress-free this particular visit was during a stressful moment outside of the store that I had with my vehicle If there was 10 stars I'd give 10. And if a manager from the store or a district manager to seize this and I should probably be in a fast track management program because the service she provides is top notch and by the way the knowledge she has on auto parts from my short experience is also there this is the kind of person you want training your new hires cuz I've had so many bad experiences at advance Auto in other places if only they were all like this”
