They went well out of their way to give me a 2 day lifeline that prevented a massive calamity in my life after one of their competitors left me out in the cold. “Got the exact vehicle I asked for in quick pickup and drop off at the Chattanooga Airport location. Easy in and out, rental booth was very close to baggage claim area. Price was a bit less than other rental agencies. Was a brand new vehicle, clean and ran perfectly. Would absolutely rent again from this agency.”

“Since coming to Tennessee for business and doing business with Hertz I must say their service offered to clients like myself is second to none. My first interaction had been with a gentleman by the name of Justin who had been aware of my wife having an emergency at the hospital in a whole another state made it easy and seamless for me get in and get out on the road to get to her by providing not only providing friendly and kind service but very direct and informative of the offers and what they entailed on top of that place me in a ride that is balanced to meet my requirements for the trip on the road all while being so welcoming through and through. My second occurrence due to having to extend the use of the rental I spoke with Jacob who had been just as knowledgeable and fourth coming with the answers to my question while taking care of my needs per my request which definitely helped me out on short notice and finally my last interaction with I believe the lady name is Thaila if that’s how you spell it (sorry in advance) was just as kind and informative on being able to assist me with my needs as requested and did it all with kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with and I’m truly glad that I had the privilege to encounter these wonderful souls whom assisted me along the way. I know things can be a bit hectic especially when your on the go; however, it’s always nice to know and see there are still those not only willing but understanding to life and its modes.
