“Great shopping experience . Derick was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed. He knew the products very well and was very helpful to get me something in the budget I needed.”

“I had an excellent experience working with Shonna, whose expertise as both an interior designer and knowledge, truly sets her and E F Brannon apart. From our first consultation, she demonstrated a strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and how to translate a client’s vision into a cohesive, functional space.

Shonna took the time to listen carefully to my needs, preferences, and budget, and offered thoughtful recommendations that balanced aesthetics, comfort, and practicality. Her product knowledge was exceptional—every furniture and material suggestion was well-explained in terms of quality, durability, and design value, which made the decision-making process easy and stress-free.

What stood out most was her attention to detail and professionalism throughout the project. She was responsive, organized, and proactive, ensuring timelines were met and that every element—from furniture selection to layout and finishes—worked seamlessly together. The final result exceeded my expectations and felt both personalized and timeless.

I highly recommend Shonna and E F Brannon to anyone looking for a skilled interior designer and furniture specialist who brings creativity, integrity, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. Working with them was a pleasure, and I would not hesitate to collaborate again in the future”

“we had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture Outlet in Hixson! Our sales rep, Adam, was super helpful without being overbearing. He was knowledgeable about product offerings and was patient with us as we worked on deciding what we needed vs. wanted. Ashley was able to ship our items directly to our new home in Colorado and put it together for us for less than $250... that's amazing!
Adam gave us our financing options and made the whole process stress-free. He also provided some good music during our shopping experience, which I always find is underrated.
Thank you, Adam, for the wonderful service! we highly recommend Ashley Outlet in Hixson for your furniture needs!!”

“This was our first time ordering truly built-for-us furniture and Rustic WoodWorx came through in every way. Our cabinet is beautiful and you can tell they take pride in their workmanship. They focused on every detail. We wanted something to hold a wine fridge. The pre-made fridge/cabinets have bad reviews so we decided to try having it made. We bought the fridge first and gave RW the measurements. I wanted the fridge to fit snug and as you can see, it's perfect! We let them know our choice of paint and stain and again, perfect. Also, the delivery driver was top notch. He called a few hours out and delayed his arrival so that we could have our planned date night. We could not be more pleased with this entire experience!”

“A store worth shopping at! Every time you are in Kingsport TN,this place is a must to stop at. Staff is friendly and store is clean and organized!( This is a target that headquarters needs to use for their advertising!!) Walmart in Kingsport is by far a complete embarrassment and should be avoided until they get their act together.”
