I had already visited several furniture stores before coming in, so I wasn't planning to make a purchase that day. Bart completely changed that. He was incredibly patient as I walked through different options, answered all of my questions thoroughly, checked inventory multiple times, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
His customer service was genuinely outstanding: knowledgeable, professional, and focused on helping me find what was right for my home rather than simply making a sale. Because of the experience he provided, I ended up purchasing my furniture from Kane's.

Let me explain and start with simply the carts My cart had a cell phone holder a cup holder a place for keys and my child. Second the outdoor section is second to none. If you want anything for your house outdoors go here. It has a bunch of other things and the people were very nice and accommodating in every way. The way a store should be.
