“Today is 12/12/23 and yesterday I had called Southeastern since I had not heard from them for 3 weeks. Of course I was frustrated and lost at the thought of having to wait even longer.This morning I got a call from Linda, who is the manager at this location, and not just apologized for what had transpired, but went the extra mile looking in my records to find out what had happened. She gave me a detailed explanation of a series of unfortunate events which caused a delay on my appliance and the making of my insoles. She did everything humanly possible for me to be seen today and that’s where I am at right now as I write this. I was treated with the outmost respect and care and everyone made me feel as if I was their only patient today. David made my insoles and fitted me with a brace and kept on working on them until everything fitted just right and explained in detail how to use them. This is what happens when people with a heart for service get together and take action to help someone, in this case, me. Again thank you to Linda, David and all their staff, God bless y’all.”

“Brought me an oxygen concentrator to replace my previous concentrator that I woke-up to blowing water beads into my nostrils (even though the was water level was on the min line; and the motor was like a Mack Truck with its metal fan belt rubbing accommodated by a drummer ???.I have to edit my review to be fair. I called today and Billy the technician came andreplaced my equipment. He was very helpful. Thanks Bill. I change my ranking for the full event”

“I walked in to Beltone one day after seeing their sign that said free hearing test. I was struggling badly with my hearing. I just wasn't sure how badly until I got the test. They were so nice and helpful as to helping me understand how much hearing loss I had. They made life changing recommendations and I am so pleased to have met Ms Jennifer and Mr Nickalus Pearce. They know what they are doing and they do more then their job. They go above and beyond to help. I'll never choose another place to go for all my hearing needs.
