“I live 20 minutes away and religiously come to this store! The owner is so friendly and keeps the place clean and stocked. If he doesn’t have what you are looking for he will do his best to get it. for those who vape he has the best deals on disposables. the prices are what made me return but the customer service is what made me stay and i don’t plan on taking my business anywhere else!!”

“DO NOT use their lottery machine. A young girl (brown hair) pulled the money to count it (I put in a $10 bill & only got to one entry, owed me $8.00) but came back less than 5 minutes later saying it wasn’t $8.00 over. I know she didn’t count the money, she couldn’t count it that fast. She said she took care of all the front area when I asked to speak to a manager. I’m mad her not taking the time with me! She was witchy to me.”

“Whoever was working Friday June 14th caused my stepson to get three tickets littering loitering and trespassing he went there because I sent him there I've been using main Street for a long time but now I have second thoughts that cause my stepson problems with an officer that is literally going out of his way to do things he shouldn't be doing and thanks to the person that works there thank u for causing?!problems? You don't need to be a service attendant you really don't!!!!!
I'm sure the officer can find better things to do is so petty and I don't understand it one thing I do know is that you have a have to have a certain demeanor to be a police officer there's just some people out there that don't need to be police they're supposed to help not hurt. And again some people just can't be serviced attendance because they don't know what they're doing or how to handle people they won't get my money anymore!!! And I forgive both of you the
service attendant and the police officer have a good night.”

“Small but layout is pretty efficient , most of the staff is cool but there's one that takes their role and duties above and beyond and calls police and has people arrested for basically nothing and it could have been resolved by a simple conversation and request.”

“Love this place. The people are just as friendly as you could want. They keep the restrooms clean and stocked. They are like everything else around here, might move a little slower but it's worth it just to slow down for a minute. Remember you don't have to rush everywhere to do everything. You'll never remember the trip there if your rushing and if you can't slow down to enjoy what you see, you might as well never have done it because you won't remember it for what it's worth. Remembering a flash here and there isn't a "lasting memory". Take a little advice from a local and remember "Country isn't just a state, it's a state of mind".”

As for some of the comments about the showers being out I've worked for Pilot for awhile and they've honestly attempted to accommodate every truck driver possible; yet when you try to explain certain situations they get very nasty with an associate and management alike. Maybe if you truckers would start understanding there's just certain things out of these hard working folks hands, and keep your potty mouth to yourself, and simply go somewhere else just like any other traveler, these ridiculous comments wouldn't be here. Be an adult and be the professional that you would expect the store employees to be.”

“My experience here was pretty decent. Most importantly the restrooms were clean. I got the stuff I came to get here with no problem. The coffee is really good, big plus that it's organic as well. The employees were nice enough, and got us through the line pretty quickly. One of them was outside taking care of the premises. They may not quite be Buc-cee's, but they are better than a lot of other places.”
