“Exceptional coffee, my daughter loves the slushy. I get a slice occasionally, not the best pizza I've ever had (greasy) but great for a convenience store. Got a chicken sandwich once took all the batter off because batter and bread is to much a grilled opinion would be nice.”

“Whenever you make so many points from using your card every time you make a purchase it went from $3 to $1 just in a couple of days other than that that's the only thing that truly bugs me.”

“This is the best location if you ask me! It’s rare they’re out of anything and they are always willing to check in the back to make sure the item just hasn’t been restocked yet if they are out of an item. They never make the customer feel like providing excellent customer service is an inconvenience for them.”

“We drove from florida all the way indiana, ran across some car trouble and had no idea what to do or what was wrong. Yes, the older lady was rude and they didnt have much in their store, but we would not have made it to our destination without the owner. He helped with our car, got it running normal again, and was very very friendly. He even called his mechanic to come help us in case he couldn't fix it himself. Which is more than most people would've done these days tbh. Thank god for oldschool, humble and kind people.”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
