“Very satisfied with our stay here! The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was great and the staff was awesome! Amanda at the front desk checked us in, and she gave us the friendliest warmest welcome we've ever received at a hotel! She was very helpful and kind, professional and hospitable! she should get a raise she was awesome!”

“I stayed here for 4 months the on site staff was pretty good but on the kiosk they tried to get over on me ...they refused to give me a copy of my folio they printed out a spread sheet that took maybe 5mins to make stating a beginning total with no detail and a few payments.... they know the people that are stuck there .... and are trying to get out of the hotel i can honestly say I feel taken advantage of .day after day they would increase the rate while they watched me walk to work 2 miles away. Come in an not even able to eat dinner bci had to give them every dime I had. When I checked in it was 50 a night m when I left 65 during the week Monday- Thursday fri sat sun 75.00 a night outrageous”
“Very nice customer service, food wasn't dry, there was flavor for most everything but the pizza.Pizza was a bit burnt and reminded me of cafeteria food.Tamales were nice and moist when I had them would recommend.”

“Warm friendly welcome. Helpful front desk staff. All staff pulled together when the power went out due to an outside accident. Folks genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable.
Rooms were fresh and clean. Easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants.”
“Josiah (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) WAS AMAZING, as was Steven, the manager at the Campbell Oaks location. We had a last minute, challenging need and Steven was so welcoming and kind, professional and understanding. Later in the week, Josiah was working with us around trying to understand our charges and got slammed with multiple guests at once. I gave him my number to call me during down time so he could help other guests. Not only was he incredibly punctual with his call, but he had already found a solution by the time he called me back. I would consider both of these gents highly valuable employees if they worked for me and I do consider them competent and kind humans as a recipient of their service. WELL DONE Hampton Inn for wise hires and solid training!”

“People whine too much. If you want a 5 star Hotel experience maby look for one that costs more than $50/night?
It was fine for a place to rest for the night. Room 112 was clean and quiet. No problems. Indian guy at the front desk seemed like a good guy.

“We had an excellent experience with this Best Western during a stressful travel situation caused by ice and snow. We originally had a business reservation that needed to be canceled when the other party canceled, and even though it was the same day, the staff was incredibly kind and allowed us to cancel without any hassle. They were quick, professional, and very understanding over the phone.
Later that day we needed to book another room. Only double queens were showing as available, but when my husband arrived to check in, the staff surprised us by upgrading him to a suite at no extra charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated.
The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I also needed the invoice immediately for billing purposes, and the front desk associate (I believe her name was Alex) was incredibly quick and helpful getting it to me without delay.
Overall, the staff went above and beyond with kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.”
