“My boyfriend and I went into this location today bc he signed up for one of the promotions that was offered through T-Mobile customer care. The representative that took care of us ended up messing the whole entire thing up. We went in and Jaleah (I hope I spelled her name right) was a HUGE HELP!
She spent HOURS trying to fix our issues that customer care could not/messed up. Bless her heart.
