Kroger offers thousands of quality food and household products, from fresh produce and meats to dairy and home goods, serving as a one-stop shop. Many customers are regular shoppers who can always find everything they need in a store that is always clean. The workers are frequently described as friendly, with specific praise for excellent and thorough customer service where staff go above and beyond, helping to load groceries and making shopping enjoyable. However, some aspects receive criticism. The deli service can be problematic, with requests for staff to be taught how to properly slice cold cuts. While the selection is comprehensive, some find Kroger a bit expensive compared to other places. Operational issues can occur, such as disorganized aisles during busy times. A significant point of frustration is checkout, especially during busy periods when only one lane may be staffed and self-checkout lines are long, sometimes inefficient, and used by customers with full shopping carts, leading to long wait times.
I did an online order at this Kroger and it will be the last time. My order had green bananas that still ain't ripe, Bag of lemons that I have to throw out because half of them were rotten. Also, out of six oranges 3 were rotten in two days. Ned to learn how to pick fresh produce.

Clean quick trip. Parking lot is over crowded but was able to park.

Nice store and would have rated higher if deli was better. Please teach them how to properly slice cold cuts or hire people that actually know what they are doing in the deli.
