“The best grocery store in the city and the only one I was shopping and I stayed 20 minutes away, but the staff is over-the-top friendly no matter what you ask them they will help you and I like to bother people on purpose and no matter what they’re always nice understanding and help me. I also got the best meat in the city and the meat department always will cater to your needs. You can’t even find a better grocery store than this most grocery stores complain about their jobs, but this one will help you despite whatever needs you have.”

“L💘VE this location tons! I am always, always able to find what I need in this store. Almost EVERY SINGLE STORE, other than this one, is always such a disaster and cluttered with freight. Medina's Dollar General keeps shelves stocked and aisles picked up. Their employees have never been anything but very nice and accommodating. Personally, I'm very grateful to have one so close to my home that does not seem as though a cyclone just finished wrecking it. 😔
“ONLY GIVING FIVE STARS SO THIS CAN BE ADDRESSED!!!!!!!this has got to be the worse for the employees customers and the food, the air is not working here, it is always backed up the line is so long and the heat has the candy and the sweet food melted. this place needs to take better care the people working and the people shopping and letting the products your selling also being affected. they need to close the doors and figure out howto make this place where you can shop here and the workers aren't being put threw hell with heat and irritated customers. the food I have purchased here that are melted or ruined soly because of the 90 degree or 100 degree temp. having a small fan at the door is a joke to these people and our community. the employees here are suffering and I'm not surprised to see new people here so often bc the way their are treated and the job expected in conditions as such. their is a dg every two miles, your company has the money to fix this issue, its not even the hottest apart of the summer yet. this is got to be the most unacceptable work conditions I have ever seen.”

“Really good spot very close to the pilot was able to park my truck walk over with no problems grab a couple little things and get back to my rig that makes life on the highway a lot easier and the cashier was real friendly which is also a very pleasant thing”
“My fav Kroger in West TN. Well stocked unless it is a Sale item. Gotta get there early. It’s a huge store 28 aisles and deep as well. Lots of uniques finds here compared with any other grocery stores in West TN and Ive been to almost all of them.
Negatives- add’l self checkout registers not always open, parking lot has huge pot holes as you come in, carts could use some new ones, but my biggest complaint is the deli counter. Nice staff but they are always talking to each other and sooooo slow. It took me almost 15 minutes, after she started helping me, for 1 lb of ham only to find out that it was the wrong brand after I was very specific and after she asked another worker if she had the correct one. I was on a timetable and couldn’t wait for a 15 minute correction.
Talk on your own time when you don’t have customers. Don’t delay the rest of us for social hour.
Self checkout cashiers help are not as friendly as other Kroger stores.”
“Went to Kroger on University Parkway and was blown away by the customer service shown by Jisha a pharnacy intern going above and beyond to help assist me in finding over the counter meds that would help me nurse myself back to feeling well. The fact that it was an OTC drug and she took the time to come and help me find just the right drug added value to my trip after having to then pick up oresysje was again eager to help wait on me. I am thankful for her smiling face and caring attitude.”
