“Excellent service! I got a flat tire in a construction zone coming out of Nashville and needed a replacement. They did not have an exact match for my current tires, but MAN! This guy went above and beyond. removing the matching tire from my spare and mounting the new tire on the spare instead. I really appreciate the extra effort and problem solving. “I've used this shop for about 3-4 years for oil changes and tires. They've always done the work needed and completed it quickly. I always supply the oil and filters and that's what has been used each time(I seriously doubt the other review claiming they did otherwise). They've saved me an alignment job when a dealer told me it was needed(turns out the Mazda dealer couldn't balance tires). I hadn't been in for months and they recognized me as soon as I walked in. “Our families go to for tires and oil changes. In jackson, I can’t tell who the boss is because everyone is doing something. Mr King is answering the phone and greeting people…the guys at the front counter are doing the same. It seems to be a well ran place. 2 oil changes and a tire plug within the last week and I’m not mad I have to pay them cause I know my car is taken care of AND they log all my oil changes with carfax. So I don’t have to keep all that paperwork! They have a motto in their shop, “ the is no substitute for the truth”. I like that! They have a great staff.”

“We came about 4:30 on a Saturday after being referred to this location from the other location in Jackson, Tennessee because they had a 2-hour wait before they could even look at our situation.
TJ the manager at the Highland location was extremely helpful and got to us within 30 minutes.
Skylar, the technician, assessed the situation and got it dealt with. It was a low pressure in the inside tire of a dually that did not have a long enough valve stem. They didn't have a lift that would handle the weight of our vehicle so they used multiple jacks to get it up so they could safely get under it get the tire off, float the tire to make sure there was nothing in it, inflate it to proper psi and checked the other five tires and got us back on the road safely.
