“They are always friendly and easy to deal with. Today it was a flat tire and a month ago it was brakes on my work truck. They did great!!
A different company had rotated the tires two weeks prior and didn’t even glance at the brakes”

“Services is very professional and done in a timely manner. Cost is very reasonable. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has issues with car calibration problems.”
“I've used this shop for about 3-4 years for oil changes and tires. They've always done the work needed and completed it quickly. I always supply the oil and filters and that's what has been used each time(I seriously doubt the other review claiming they did otherwise). They've saved me an alignment job when a dealer told me it was needed(turns out the Mazda dealer couldn't balance tires). I hadn't been in for months and they recognized me as soon as I walked in. Good folks, happy to continue using their service.”
“Ashley in the service center was super helpful and nice. The cost for 4 new tires to be installed and service was reasonably priced. I had no appointment and was a walk in. They had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Definitely will be a returning customer.”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeremy today. He was the sweetest and very helpful! Gateway tire thank you for working so quick and hard and getting me fixed up and back on the road!”
“stopped by there because my son’s tires were not holding air and he was on his way to college. They were SO POLITE and understanding (as they could see I was a wreck🤣). They checked all my son’s tires, filled them up, and talked to my son about college and life.
And wouldn’t let me pay a thing.
The nicest guys! Thank you so so much for making this morning a little easier on this mom!”
“I got my oil changed here. Average price. People where great and hilarious lol. At the end, they ask if they could do anything else, I asked if they could muscle the cap off my headlight housing. And they took 20 minutes of there time struggling to get it off. I highly appreciate them for it too. 10/10 service!!!”
“Worked with Robin and Billy. They took care of our truck and got back on the road. The work they did was extensive and fairly priced. We've had work done all over the US and their prices are fair for good work.”
“Needed help because car was running hot and had a passenger with medical issues and two men came out and was able to get me back on the road quickly. Very thankful for caring employees.”
“I came with a flat they jumped right on it ,professional and courteous. ROBIN I think is her name is the one who helped me without batting an eye.Thank you so much to all to the hard workers in auto care.”
