“I took my wife's Kia here that had close to 10k of hail damage to it. I heard great things about this bodyshop so I decided to bring it in and get it repaired. I am giving Ridgetop 5 stars because when I got home I noticed my sunroof did not work and a couple of hail damaged spots were over looked. I called James and he told me to bring the car back. We walked around the car and relooked at the car together. He then said to leave the car and he would have it repaired and ready for me the next day. This is why the 5 stars. We all makes mistakes or over look things BUT how fast does the service repair center make it right and get right to it. James did this for us. From what I can tell if their is something over looked or a mistake made James stands by his word and makes it right quickly. The job they did turned out really well and I can not tell my car has been repaired and had some paint work done. I waited a few weeks to post my review because I wanted to make sure I did not see or notice any other things wrong. All is good, Job well done!”

“I have had the best experience with them. Let me explain:
- I had a collision that my insurance would not have covered. I drove up there to see if I could pay out of pocket but she felt very sorry for me because the crash was not my fault (vandalism) and my insurance was only for liability. She recognized I was a student and getting new parts would cost a lot, so as fixing.
She offered to fix it in a "cheaper" way. Since the bumper wasn't entirely broken, she had offered to "reconstruct" the existing bumper, and fix it back in place since that would be cheaper than getting a new bumper and fixing it whole.
I was asked to drop by the next Monday to have the car repaired by her son, helped me hold up some parts with tape and tried to put some parts in place. I did drop by the next Monday, and about 2 - 3 hours later, she called me to come pick it up. I came and was ready to pay with card after I had seen that it was fully repaired (taken out, beat and reshaped and fixed back in)...
She and her son had decided to do it for free for me!
Asked me not to pay a dime! I insisted to pay something at least for appreciation but she and her son persisted. Asked me to drive safe. And that was the nicest thing I had received so far because I would have paid about 2700-3500 for new repairs or maybe several hundreds to a thousand otherwise.
- The service is great! and they are a very welcoming family!”

“On my way home from work on 5-4-24 , my car decided to overheat, so I stopped to see what happened. The heater hose broke and was spewing coolant everywhere. I looked up the nearest oriellys, which was only a minute away. I went in and got help from Manager Randy. I had no clue what to do in this situation, but he knew exactly what to do. He helped me for 2 hours trying to get my stupid car to cooperate, and in the end, we had to Jerry rig it because the part I bought from advanced was missing parts. Throughout the 2 hours, Manager Randy was helping me he was so sweet and kind. Honestly, he was like an angel sent to help me. I was still an hour out from my house, and I wouldn't have been able to get home without his help. I'm so grateful he was there to help that night. Manager Randy deserves a promotion and raise!!!!!”
