“Shrums is a family owned and operated business, I've done business with these folks since they changed ownership from Fredricks to Shrums . Chester is the owner who is out there with his hands dirty everyday , he will help anyone in need , but he can see threw bullshit faster then you can spill your bullshit, but if you are honest I believe he would give ya the shirt off his back if you needed it bad enough. I will drive 40 miles out of the way to do business with these folks ,”

“Moses was great. He really helped me out. He put my windshield wipers on for free and also help me with my headlight which needed a bulb replaced. I bought some windshield wiper fluid and everything was taken care of and it all took probably 10 minutes. I was on my way to AutoZone when I passed O’Reilly and pulled in because I figured why bother and I’m so glad I did because I will definitely be back because of the quality of service I received from Moses. He deserves a raise!”

“I stopped in to pick up some new wiper blades for my car; by the time I left one of the attendants had fixed an issue that I’ve had for nearly a year. My wiper fluid system was not functioning. I wasn’t sure if it was an issue with the pump. Brett Henley took one look and diagnosed the issue immediately. I was worried the kind of repair would cost me a few hundred dollars; Brett got me the parts I need for $80 and installed them himself. Excellent service here.”
