“The customer service was top notch! They helped guide me to the best exhaust modification/ muffler swap for my truck! The guys let me hear to different mufflers in my truck before welding them on! The 5 inch tips they add looked level and well proportioned to my truck! I found them on YouTube! I live they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want and allow me a moment to make a decision! I ended up going with the Borla xs pro and 5 in black rolled tips. The truck sounds great now like a hemi should lol. Thanks again!”
“On Wednesday, 12/31/2025 when I went out to start my car (2020 Versa), my clutch rod broke, therefore, I was unable to shift gears (making my car inoperable). Called my regular mechanic who said he wouldn't have an opening until Monday, January 5th.
I then called Nashville Auto Care, who I had previously used in an emergency situation roughly 20 years ago to put on a timing belt (1994 Escort).
When I called, they told me they could see me on Friday, 01/02/2026 (they were closed Thursday for the holiday on 01/01/2026).
My car was taken to Nashville Auto Care on Friday at 8:00 AM, at
12 noon, I was back on the road.
Reasonably priced, for the level of expertise and the attention to detail they provide.

“The salesman was excellent despite several mix ups with other departments. The service dept took a long time to prepare the car for a test car. The detailing department was not thorough. Windows not clean, cabin filter not clean, all wiper blades need replacing, door ajar switch needs replacing, valve cover gasket needs replacing.”

He is very conscientious and works hard. It may be a few days before he can get to your repair as everyone who knows him goes to him for the work they need done, but if you can wait it is worth it.”

“I hardly ever go to mechanics that aren't apart of a dealership but I was having issues with my Jeep and didn't want to get charged an arm and a leg from Chrysler. Called in the day I was having issues (around 2pm) and they told me to come on in. Got there and Mike immediately got to work assessing the issue with my car and tried to gather what he could from my very limited knowledge of cars/what was wrong with my car. Told me the fix was going to be pricey if the problem was what he thinks it was. He then printed out a sheet of recalls on my jeep and told me to take it to Chrysler so they'd do all the work for free. Mike didn't charge me a dime even though he took the time to assess the problem, take a look at the jeep, and offered a solution. Next time I'm having car troubles I will certainly be back. These guys are good, honest mechanics.”

“Katie was fantastic and got me in next day to replace a brake booster assembly and master cylinder on my Prius. This is an expensive job and also a job for a mechanic that knows hybrids. I was in and out in about 4 hours which is fast. Their quote was less than 1/2 of what another shop specializing in hybrids quoted me. I was happy with how everything turned out!”

“If you’re looking for a genuine and honest mechanic, look no further than David and TGC auto. This was my second time using TGC. My car broke down at a gas station across the street from their old location on trinity lane. David answered my call and immediately responded to the gas station and spend his entire day under my hood in a parking lot getting my car back to normal. “I haven't seen a business with people working this hard in a long time. I came in this morning and luckily got a spot as soon as I arrived. They already had 3 other customers jacked up with tires off, but they acknowledged me quickly and about 5 minutes later they had me up on the jack and were working to find the hole in my tire. Got it patched in another 5 minutes and I was on my way. I of course had to get a breakfast burrito at the taco truck parked right there, because if I didn't .. It would have been a fail on my part.
