This has been the spot where I can honestly say they have the small town feel with excellent customer service and everyone always smiles no matter what. I test them all the time with all my accounts and crazy transactions. I can call from anywhere in the world and get anything done is if I was at the window, which is a big plus for me. It not be fair to not mention everyone in the branch by name becasue they all are great, but Cyndi has been my goto and I could not be more pleased with every single time I am at the bank so I have to call that out. This branch has it figured out and it is a homerun. Great job Greenbrier team!”

Long story short, I plan on cancelling the account. I think regions the company is fine, and this fine print policy stuff would happen anywhere. The problem I have is the banker who opened the account assured me that she would make sure I get the $400 as long as I completed the steps, but when I reach out to follow up she says it's nothing she can do.”
