“I just upgraded my phone at the West Market Street location (#467). Chris W. was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me choose and set up my new Moto g stylus 5g! Customer service is simply non- existant in most businesses these days, Chris however, was kind, knowledgeable and really awesome! “Ever had are have a person at store tell u hold on am with a customer and the customer did know what he are her want in a a portable speaker so I ask if I can pay my bill why they made up there mind ... I was told to hold on just a minute done been there for 15 mins waiting patiently I have my wife and kids in the van waiting on me time is not a thing you hold on to when you are kind of in the mood to get things done you get them done so I left going out the door I said I'll hold on to a minute you can have all afternoon to help them I went to the other store in Johnson City was.
