I went in your store a week ago to purchase a tie out for my dog. Sam helped me. She was rude to me and bossy. I do not talk back to people, but I may not be back in your store. Just because she uses a choke collar on her 9 dogs that live in HER house doesn't mean I have to on mine!

I came to the store on Sunday and purchased a safe. My wife and I was helped by Emily. Not only did she go above and beyond, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had.
