“I came to the store on Sunday and purchased a safe. My wife and I was helped by Emily. Not only did she go above and beyond, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She was very nice and made my purchase very pleasant. If I have to come back for another big purchase, I will ask for her to help me.”

“Today we had an exchange and a return to do. When we walked in we met a younger employee that directed us where to go. At the return counter we met DJ she is absolutely amazing. She helped us through the whole process. She knew where everything was in the store and that was a big help in finding the one item we needed in the end. Once we were ready she processed everything quickly. It was a simple process with DJ's help and we appreciated that. Thanks for being so nice and making us want to come back.”

“It is a Family Dollar. They have typical dollar store items.I've gotten a couple of pairs of plus-sized leggings here that haven't given out yet, which is impressive.I don't know how, but the parking lot will be empty when I walk in, yet when I go to get in line there are six people already waiting. Also, the cashiers are always stocking, so they're not at their registers and you always have to ring the bell to summon them.I once bought a box of tampons here that only had six instead of the full box, and they refused to exchange it. Probably because anyone could empty half the box and bring it back claiming it wasn't full in the first place. It irked me then, admittedly a little still, but not enough to stop me from shopping there, because it's close and convenient.”

“I love going here but their prices are so not affordable. You will be lucky if you find something on sale that is a decent price compared to other businesses. They do have a huge selection of just about anything but you will be paying out the butt for it. They also do returns for Amazon which I do find some what convenient.”

“The only warehouse in the area. Gas station right before. They usually close at 9 pm. Like all other Sam's Club stores, big, well stocked, clean. Has a pharmacy, prepared foods, tire shop.”

“So have been to the location a few times in the last few years whenever I'm visiting TN. Most recent visit was good. I realize that they are not in stock of a noticeable number of products - though this is common all over - including Northern Virginia which usually has a good level of products available. I think that between people quitting their jobs across all industries, workers being hospitalized with issues, back ups at shipping ports - each aspect is causing supply chain issues. And people are stocking up more the last year or so. So anyway - the location had most of what I wanted. They even had the pub mix my family members like [the Walmart locations in Northern Virginia hasn't had it in months.]. I was also happy that they had a section of gluten free pretzels and a version of Pringles that are gluten and dairy free. I can't eat gluten, dairy, or soy anymore so it was a nice surprise they offer those products. There was a product we were trying to find and an employee of the store walked us directly to it.”

“Be aware of self check registers. Some of them only take CASH, but they are not marked "Cash only". I scanned all of the groceries to find out I can't pay with a card. One of the employees came out to help but she was not able to do it. The other lady who knew how to switch it was not available.I usually don't go to the shop at Walmart and I don't have the Walmart app set up to pay and I don't carry cash around.I am giving 4 stars for the inconvenience. It's so easy to print out "CASH ONLY" and mark those registers. Apparently some of them are cash only.”

“I visited this store while traveling to attend a nearby event. I decided I needed to pick up some material to use as some simple table covers. In the fabric department I found a nice design and had a young man cut the needed sizes. When he printed out a paper tape with the prices for me to take to the register, I noticed the prices were much higher than what the shelf price had noted. Turns out the bolt I had selected had been placed on the shelf in the wrong area. So it was either pay the higher price or leave the cut pieces behind, as the young man said he could not make any price adjustment. I took the fabric up to the service desk and asked to see a manager. A gal named Heather came out and I explained what had occurred and that the other employee had said there were no price adjustments. Heather said, "I'll take care of it", and immediately made the adjustment with no other questions asked. I thanked her. She told me it's easy to work with customers when they don't start the conversation by yelling at her as many people do. I told her I'd give her a nice review on Yelp. Sorry it has taken so long, as I misplaced my receipt onto which I'd written her name, but then just found it again this evening. Thanks again Heather!”

“Walmart is convenient. They have a little bit of everything. If I can find it there, I'm happy. The Brown's Mill store is fairly conservative as far as Walmart stores go. So go there for the content, not for the show.?????”
