Switched to Ingles pharmacy today and the pharmacist took the time to talk to me, explain issues to look for and looked around my list of current meds to make sure no other reactions occur. First time I've felt listened to since this started. Goodnjob Ingles! You gained a new client in your Pharmacy and I will recommend you to all!”

“Walgreens pharmacy is one of my favorite places to go, bc of the employees. They are very kind, & professional. I believe that Christy saved my life once, by going above & beyond her job scope and finding information I needed. It was unrelated to any meds I was on, but I ended up needing meds to treat it. She, Wendy, Stacie, and the others are always welcoming, & answer any questions I have about my meds. I once saw Barrett deal so calmly with a couple that were some of the worst customers I’ve seen, despite their horrible behavior that wasn’t even a result of an offense on Walgreens’ part. He remained so composed and continued to try to help them, despite the verbal abuse that no one should be subjected to, which tells me he must be very focused on things & centered on good customer outcomes, like I would want someone in charge of my family’s medications to be.
I like having a pharmacy that I can look forward to going into, it turns a routine errand into a fun part of my day. There’s just some very smart, professional, and good hearted people in there.”

“I like shopping here more than Walmart. The prices are okay and the employees are friendly and helpful. However I have noticed in this store more than most stores you need to check the expiration date! I also don't care for these little white grocery stickers that don't make sense. If it's supposed to be a sticker showing expiration, half is cut off! And how come there's an expiration date stamped on the hostess boxes in other stores but not in this Food City store? You'll see a little white sticker that doesn't have a full date on it. Or maybe I'm reading it wrong? Other than that, I really like this store.”
