“This is a review about the optical/eye center. I had gotten a quote for my prescription glasses of $545. I decided to shop around and ended up at Sam's Club in Johnson City. My first day there, Lukas helped me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Lukas gave me a quote with my insurance which was drastically less expensive comparing apples to apples; special lenses, highest grade of lenses, etc. He then advised me that in a few days they were having a but one get one half price. So, I went back then. This time, Chris helped me. He too, was very knowledgeable and gave me tips about how to wear glasses with my hearing aids. I ordered 2 pair and they only took 5 days to come in. Picking up my glasses was also an incredible experience! Very precise adjustments were made, assuring they were 100% comfortable and I was totally satisfied. Both Chris and Lukas are outstanding at their jobs and take exceptional care of customers...me. Highly recommend you come here for your next set of glasses!”

I'm a cancer patient,but even with the diagnosis I have been judged by a pharmacist when it came to filling a certain prescription that I had at the time. She canceled the script,without even calling the Dr to address the issues she was having over the medication.When I asked her myself to call the Dr,she refused.This pharmacist wasn't professional,she was judgmental.. After that experience,I had MAJOR anxiety issues when it came to me getting this medication. Even though,all of my records prove my pain is real. I got referred to ballad by my pcp,and I couldn't be more thankful.”
