“Notice the majority of bad reviews are based on car loans it's a credit union not called knoxville auto loans people. You cash checks and get money out. Car loans are secondary not primary. Had no issues with KTVA and located all over east tennessee. Can deposit checks through app. And have an amazing fraud protection service. Great credit union. 5 stars. Don't listen to haters on car loans.”

“I was a customer of Chase Bank for around 25 years and we moved to an area where no Chase Bank was near. I can't say a lot of good about Chase: they were going to start charging a lot for a checking account each month, I also found a lot of restrictions. Anyways, we bid farewell to Chase and decided to go for Regions as they had branches in Bristol, Kingsport Johnson City and Knoxville; our son is a student at UTK and the branch is just off campus. Overall impressions: feels small with a bigger footprint, very friendly, budget conscious, and an overall different feel than your "big banks." People actually care, they build relationships, etc. I couldn't be happier.”

The ladies at that branch bend over backwards to provide what I need. They are always smiling and willing to tackle any requests. I think they deserve a raise!!”
