“The staff is ALWAYS helpful, to speak of one I think is part time, Tina brown was so helpful recently shopping for Christmas gifts I had the luck to have her help me finding more than I was looking for, lol. But it was $well spent. And I believe Kelly? supervisor? Was understanding as I took up her time in finding things i wanted. Teams like these lady's are out dated in a world in such a hurry. It takes me back to times when service to customers was a priority. Thank you to the store and it's employees for making my shopping easier. I will ALWAYS recommend THIS location. Merry Christmas.”
“This is one of the best stores around - quality and customer service has always been at the top since I’ve been shopping here. “They have nicer things than the other stores around and at decent prices. They may be a little higher but you get a little better quality. My only complaint is they have more apple products and less samsung/android products and accessories. They also usually have a great price matching system, I've never had any issues with them honoring the online prices unlike Walmart. Walmart will not match their online prices or if they do they act like it's gonna kill them.”
“Visited Belks in Kingsport, TN. this afternoon. Purchased a very nice Biltmore blanket. Cashier was MaVic, she was so very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. “There is two employees that work here that deserve a raise AND SO MUCH MORE,The beautiful blacked haired girl has always helped me when I come in with my children, she always has a smile on her face and I've never seen her be rude to a customer, and then the amazing man with long hair who has always been sweet and asked me how my day was, find items I couldn't find and he even helped me pay for me food when I was $1.00 over. I know dollar general gets a lot of hate but these two employees are amazing, I wish I knew there names but ether way keep up the good work, y'all are amazing .”

NOTE: Some Mgrs/AsstMgrs merely being friendly & respectful enough towards staffers & customers! Sadly, some practicing 'favoritism' tactics, I've been told. Appears some 'DIVERSITY TRAINING' is essential in this U.S. Region. Besides, bottom line is be profitable enough for benefits to all retail sector participants incl. shoppers.
■ STAFF:
Haven't met a bad one yet‼️ Regular Staffer's diligently and fiercely perform their duties‼️ Most are fairly happy/settled or quite secured in their positions! Rarely, one or two, atypically, wish for higher pay or complain abt hrs required to work! Who doesn't! Turnover rate can be a bit lower if staffer's give the position a chance and if Mgmt ceases all behind-the-scenes 'favoritism' tactics I've been told about.
■ PRODUCTS: On avg. Well-stocked & Vast selection‼️ GREAT PRICES‼️
PRAY ?? AUTOMATIC 'DIGITIZED-PRICING' rollout coming soon has no adverse effect on pricing of goods! [Pricing may auto increase b4 doing your chkout.] (AKA: Shop Faster.)
⚠️ SELLOUT PERIODS‼️ Holidays & any possible Covid Uptick Periods SHOP EARLY‼️ Necessity Product Shelves typically empty by 6-7:00 pm if not sooner‼️
■ CLEANLINESS: Overall 4.6 of 5.0.
▪︎ Bathrms: Typically, sufficiently clean & well-stocked. Occasional lack of Tissue or T-Seat Covers. Installing Air Exchanger &/or Air Disinfectants would be stupendous idea‼️ Plus installing new Tissue Dispensers [issuing one at a time versus rolling types would be highly economical & easier to restock]. Equally, installing ANTI-MICROBIAL TREATED MATERIALS for doors, door hardware, floors, counters, sink hardware would be a magnificent idea!
▪︎ Self Chkout Stations: Glass, Scanner, Buttons need cleaning more often. Well-trained Staffers are often a bit too busy monitoring customers issues, or chatting, or etc.
▪︎ Floors: Daily 4.8 of 5.0. No slippage or spills unattended.
▪︎ Sectors: Most often not much 'Dust/Dustmites' on products or shelves for allergic individuals!
Stocking periods are only time when store airspace feels more dusty & buggy likely due to unwiped dusty inventory boxes. MGMT should decide to install & operate AIR EXCHANGERS at each entrance and operate on high setting during stocking to combat dust/pollens/ragweed/chemical fume seepage from any chemical sprays/containers; and all day at each entrance preventing any entry of outdoor gasoline emissions from idling vehicles at the entries. Would be far healthier airspace for employees & customers with health issues.
■ OVERALL:
Considered the best of two (2) Kingsport TENN supercenter locations by most locals and even visiting travelers.
Hope this helps all consumers & employees to make Kingsport TENN Walmart stores #1 in entire USA. Thankful this store is far from being shutdown like other retailers‼️”

Store neat, orderly, and well stocked.
Was assisted by a young lady in the jewelry section who also was my checkout associate.
Both encounters with this employee was nothing short of the best customer service experience I have had in a long while.”
