“Great music store! I play the violin and my old violin had many repairs done here. The staff is nice, and the service is pretty fast. Although one time I got my bow rehaired and the spreader wedge keeps trying to fall out, but other than that it's a great place!
UPDATE: I brought in my bow like the reply said and they fixed it for no cost! It was done well and was ready the very next day! Again, kind staff, fast service :)”
“They have nicer things than the other stores around and at decent prices. They may be a little higher but you get a little better quality. My only complaint is they have more apple products and less samsung/android products and accessories. They also usually have a great price matching system, I've never had any issues with them honoring the online prices unlike Walmart. Walmart will not match their online prices or if they do they act like it's gonna kill them.”

“Took my Alpine stereo in because installer said he couldnt find any issues and blamed it on the stereo. Dashboard discovered there was no ground and the wiring was a birds nest. I highly recommend DA. Thanks and I will be a repeat customer.”
“Metro by t mobile is the best phone service I have ever had,10/10 will be back. The manager there sam was very helpful "after our awful service at the east stone drive metro"he helped me and my wife with 3 new phones and it was super fast and affordable by far the best phone store experience I have ever had. “I had a great experience at this store! Gabriel Pitts helped me out, and he was very friendly and had excellent customer service. I had only came in for a charger for my new phone but I ended up grabbing a new Tmobile home internet and it’s been amazing so far! I’ve been able to work from home while my kids play video games downstairs. I really recommend working with Mr Pitts when you go to their kingsport location! 10/10 experience”
“This location has one of the best managers ever. Tommy has a great personality and trust his best to always do what is right. No matter what this is the place to go. Something's are high yes but for those who can't afford to go just out thousands of dollars on furniture, come to EZ Rentals on Stone Drive in Kingsport TN. I have bought several items to complete different rooms in my home. You also have the option to pay the cash price within six months known as (6 months same as cash). They have some beautiful furniture pieces at this location. Great doing business with you.”

“We had such a great experience at the Verizon store in Kingsport! Hailey and Ryan both went above and beyond to help solve all of our issues. They were incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to make sure everything was fully resolved.
The rest of the staff there are wonderful as well. We’ve visited other Verizon stores closer to us, but we actually drive about 45 minutes to this location because we know we’ll always get great service and leave with our problems fixed.
