“I called about a rear tractor tire with beet juice as ballast. It was leaking around the rim. They said they could handle it. I took it to Eastern Star exit store in Kingsport. They took it in and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. They had to pump the liquid out, break down the tire, and pump it back. Excellent service!”

“I just had 4 tires installed on my new (to me) Z3. Ben advised me on which tires I should get and was super helpful. I asked for the tire that's maybe not the cheapest but best value per dollar; he suggested some Z rated Uniroyals. When I came in for installation, they asked the year of my car so they could get the wheel bolt torque specs. This is something a lot of places don't do, so I really appreciated it. (I've had to replace a wheel stud on my mazda due to an over-torqued lug nut before.) After installation, I drove to Charlotte NC by way of hwy 181 (curvy mountain road) and, wow, that was a nice drive! These tires are quiet, smooth, and very grippy. I'm very happy with what I got. Thanks Ben and everyone else!”
“Bought vehicle needed oil pan replaced due to oil plugged stripped. They got me in there put new one on. Before leaving and by grace of god right place right time ordeal god sure was looking after me. Anyway my car wouldn’t start Tom ask if I’ve had problems with it I said no I drove it in here. I said politely don’t tell me something wrong with it. He told me exactly what it was alternator and he verified everything with me and The car place see if they would help me cover the charges. Well tom sprung into action and put a new one on for me so I wouldn’t be stranded as I have health issues and travel to out town appointment(s). Anyway he helped me out big time. Go support local businesses he under prices his perfection of work. He said you have any problems with the work I did bring it back he warranties his work and parts. Thanks Tom for your hard work and dedication to people the community and helping and working with me thank you from bottom of my heart.”

“Overall experience was great. The associates on both of my visits were were very friendly and no pressures for the purchase of tires. On my first visit I got a quote for tires and I did ask if any upcoming sales were expected, and I was told that a 4 day sale was happening later this week. I took advantage of the sales and again was pleased with the associate in getting me in for 4 new tires and an alignment within a reasonable wait time. The mechanic gets an atta boy too. I forgot about the wheel lock key and he was able to catch me before I left the store. I retrieved the key from under the back seat for him, and that was where he returned the key when finished.”
