“Bought vehicle needed oil pan replaced due to oil plugged stripped. They got me in there put new one on. Before leaving and by grace of god right place right time ordeal god sure was looking after me. Anyway my car wouldn’t start Tom ask if I’ve had problems with it I said no I drove it in here. I said politely don’t tell me something wrong with it. He told me exactly what it was alternator and he verified everything with me and The car place see if they would help me cover the charges. Well tom sprung into action and put a new one on for me so I wouldn’t be stranded as I have health issues and travel to out town appointment(s). Anyway he helped me out big time. Go support local businesses he under prices his perfection of work. He said you have any problems with the work I did bring it back he warranties his work and parts. “Not sure why there’s anything less than 5 star reviews on here. Can’t please everyone I guess. I called ahead and specified what tire I was after, he said he would call me back. I arrived before he had the chance but had found several used tires in great shape of the size I needed. I picked one and it was on my car in 15 minutes for just $66. Can’t beat that price anywhere I’ve seen. Didn’t ask a million questions or try to talk me into unnecessary things, only what I was there for and that’s hard to find. Will definitely be going back next time I need a tire or 4.”
“As we were heading home from our vacation in Pigeon Forge, our trip took an unexpected turn when my Mercedes suddenly stopped running. Being five hours away from home and stranded on the way back was the last thing we planned for. What could have been a complete disaster turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Our car had to be towed after hours, on a day the repair shop was actually closed. To my surprise, the very next day the gentlemen called me personally to let me know they had already looked at my Mercedes, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the necessary parts. That level of initiative and care immediately put me at ease.
I’ve only ever taken my vehicle to a Mercedes-Benz dealership, so I was naturally worried about being overcharged or whether the proper work would be done. But these were some of the most honest, friendly, and knowledgeable men I’ve ever worked with. They explained everything clearly, were completely transparent about pricing, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was no pressure, no upselling; just genuine professionalism and integrity.
From the tow company that came right away and recommended this shop, to the outstanding service and quick repair, everything flowed seamlessly. Instead of ending our family vacation stressed and frustrated, we were able to remain calm knowing our car was in good hands.
That’s how good they were! I would honestly consider driving five hours back just to have them take care of my car again. When you find trustworthy people who truly stand behind their work, distance doesn’t even matter.

“First time customer. The employees at the Kingsport shop went above and beyond for a seamless purchase. Kam saw that my rear tires were not ordered for appointment scheduled for the next day. Although he made no promises, he overnighted them and I was able to keep appointment for 12:15 next day. Arrived in spacious waiting area at 12:10 and was out by 12:50. Great job!”

“I was searching from Wytheville to Knoxville trying to find someone to do an alignment for me and Sniders is the only place I found willing to do it in a reasonable timeframe. They told me to bring it in and they would get to it same day. I took it in and they did what they said but unfortunately was unable to do the alignment because they found my kingpins to be bad which would affect my alignment anyway. They diagnosed it and when I went to pick up the truck they didn’t charge me anything at all. I was shocked and grateful. In the trucking industry everyone has their hand out for any and everything it seems. Give em a call and see if they can help you.”
“They have a brand new state of the art wheel alignment system which makes for a very accurate alignment. The system is digital and has so many features it's unbelievable. Not only is it quick to perform the alignment. It is very accurate. The folks at Murphy's are extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have already recommended them to several people.”
“I was in a fix. Flat on an RV on the side of the road. Called Morgan to see if they could help asap if I brought the flat to them. Since I had to leave the RV on the roadside I needed a quick fix.
