“Updated review as of 11/24/2023:I’ve actually returned to this shop even after saying I’d never use them again. Started small though. Been here multiple times since my first review. It’s been a good experience each time. I do have to take into consideration staffing. Seems they have had some staffing issues. And a lot of places have that these days. The techs are either experienced and knowledgeable or trainees with a good understanding and ability to grow. I typically request service through the app so I’m placed in line up to 24 hours before I arrive. I do recommend this shop. The bad day I previously had must have just been an off day.Original review:Will never use this place again. And I live nearby. Called yesterday and told just to come in in the morning. Got here this morning before they opened. Once they opened I found there were 5 trucks ahead of me. How? They got in line last night. I wasn’t given that option.I’ve been here over 6 hours and finally got in a bay. I’ve rarely seen people slow walk a job the way these people do. I’ve been in the bay an hour and no one has looked at my truck. I see them just wandering around, taking out trash, smoking, etc.Won’t use this place again. And considering just leaving. I’m just trying to get an oil change. But I’ve already invested 6+ hours here.Update: 12 hours folks. For a damn oil change. They didn’t check to see if they had the filters before draining my oil. They didn’t. So a filter had to be ordered. I was here before and after the day shift mechanics were here. An oil change shouldn’t have to pass from one shift the the next. I’ll never come back here for service.”

“Nice lot, fellow does an excellent job & takes pride in his work. Very professional & pleasant. "Works his tail off" according to staff. They have a nice deli as you walk in the door & around the corner a sit down restaurant. Very pleasant wait staff & willing to make you happy. Showers were very clean & an extra towel is no problem. Only 6, but adequate. Fuel islands clean, equipment in good order. Area for dogs to run. One long side of the parking lot is all reserved. Rates vary with time of day apparently. Restrooms clean, some of the locks are loose & may not work. There are hooks for your loose items. Easy to stay here with a cooperative staff & pleasant surroundings in a very thought out small store.”

“This store is always clean, the staff is very friendly and nice, and the restrooms are clean. The store is always stocked and they rarely run out of items. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that lives in the area or those that are traveling through.”

“Small / not too busy place for truckers,Limited parking spaces and no place for drivers to relax but other than that, good associates insides, very friendly! I had stopped here to get a radiator change, The mechanic I think his name was John!If I’m mistaken, he worked on my 2020 freight-liner cascadia on 04-1-24. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m leaving a review here because of John, very good mechanic, will go above and beyond to answer every questions u have and even advice you on what he sees that needs work or work in the near future, very very friendly guy!! Glad to have worked with you brother John! And also the person on the counter, A white male, didn’t catch his name but also very good and friendly person,Made the 5-6 hour wait which was because of the amount work needed to be done very easy! Also the pricing is great as well, they charged for only the work they did and if they found any thing unnecessary, they didn’t do it and reduced the charges!Great stop, would recommend to anyone looking for work done on their truck.”
