“The price though. You do a really good job. Better than most, but remember your market. I go there to save money. I dont want to pay a hundred dollars or more and if I do I would get something with amenities. Im glad you take care of the place. I will probably stay at a Wyndham property when around Kingston or Knoxville though. I'm only going to be there about 12 hours.”
