“Major upgrade from Hampton and Double Tree here in Oak Ridge.Spend the few dollars more for a new hotel that's clean with full kitchen and a polite call from Deb at front desk asking if you like your room.530-7pm nice food and drinks for everyone...Quieter as it's off main road. Food near by and it's all worth it. I am a loyal Hilton/Marriott guy and this place is very nice.Rooms: Clean and has kichenWalkability: Lots of walkable food choicesFood & drinks: 530 to 7pm free food and drink”

“Got into Oak Ridge at 4 pm and checked in. No issue there. We were able n a rush because we had come into town for a funeral turned the air on and changed clothes and left the room. Got back to the room around midnight. Walked into the room with the air not working. Went to the front desk to tell them and the employee at the desk said they had no rooms available so I asked for a fan. The had a fan that had been used when dry wall was being put up but we took it anyway because it was hot. Slept fine. The next morning went to the bathroom to take a shower. There was hair all in the stall and shampoo in the tub. I put the toilet lid down and it had hair and dirt on it. Picked up a towel from the sink and a roach crawled out. Went to check out and no one came to the desk. Stood there about 15 minutes ringing the bell and nothing. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel”
