“Overall, a good long stay hotel. The staff are all friendly. A couple of odd things happened this time around, but I will stay there again due to the staff and location near where I need to be for work while in town.

I would recommend as a long stay hotel if you have any work in Oak Ridge.”

“I booked a room at this hotel for one night recently---Saturday night and had my daughter and two grandchildren with me. We lived in Oak Ridge for fourteen years and wanted to come back for a visit. My daughter accidentally left a blanket in the room that my deceased mother gave her many years ago. When she realized she left it---which was only an hour after we checked out---she called the hotel. She was told to call back in the morning so the manager could speak to the housekeepers since the person at the desk did not speak their language. She called back in the morning and was told they did not find anything.
I called back and spoke to the lady at the desk. She was able to locate the blanket and hold it for my daughter until it is picked up later in the week.

The room was clean and the only issue was the bathroom door was hard to close. The pool was clean and the water was not freezing, it was a nice temperature.”

“The very best part was Bev, the woman who did breakfast. She was very efficient on making sure everything stayed filled and it tasted good. My boys loved it. She was so kind to them and took time to talk to my youngest and never brushed him off. In his words she was spectacular and he loved her presentation of things. We had some minor issues and when talking to someone at the front desk their only response was they had alot of people and couldn't take care of everything.”
