βEli at Sealy is our literal savior. Finding a mechanic as a young woman is usually awful but that was not the case here. He genuinely cares about his customers and creates such a welcoming, communicative, and helpful environment. Plus heβs hilarious.
Brought in my Subaru for an airbag light and oil change. Made sure to run through all the tests but results came back inconclusive (because sheβs old as hell). He thoroughly explained what the code meant and some possible solutions I could do at home.
Changed my oil and front headlight for an UNREAL (aka incredibly affordable) price. Has Subaru specific parts on deck at all times. He kept it super real and never offered unnecessary services/price gouges.
My sister went to him and had a similar/amazing experience as well so we will be back, even for minor adjustments. Highly recommend over any mechanic in Knoxville (saying this as someone who has been to many in the area).β
βTook my 2015 Q70L 5.6 liter in for service, new brakes and 2 new tires and had a loaner car. Communication was outstanding from Marcus and although it took a couple of days with ordering the tires, I got to enjoy a new 26β QX60 Autograph as my loaner. Reviewing the service needed, approving, paying and pickup was seamless. Thank you Harper Infinity and Marcus, another wonderful experience!β

βReplaced front/back rotors and pads & 1 caliper on Chevy Silverado. My son recommended this shop bc he's been very pleased with sales & service for his old Crown Vic. Super recommend bc diagnosis of problem & estimate were spot-on. Also appreciated no pressure from service writer when he called and I asked him if it were possible/safe to get front brakes done this month & then back brakes at next paycheck. His no pressure made me comfortable to get both done today. All pulsation & vibrating in steeringwheel gone when applying brakes to exit highway when I tested it on my regular work route. Looking over receipt I think price was VERY reasonable bc it was done right! My son and I can confirm what other reviewers have said about them being respectful that u have an older vehicle and they don't try to sell u more than what u went in to have done.β
β5 star experience every time. I love how they do business and how professional carfix is. The guys in the office are fantastic to work with and very transparent. The team works hard to make sure our van is repaired correctly and everything is well documented. They always come through with a rental if they find an extra issue and need to keep the vehicle overnight.β

βMy car was there for collision repair, but then the insurance just decided to total it. And with the nerve racking headache it is to do all that is necessary for another car, King Collision was the best experience we had with anybody! They were excellent in keeping us informed twice a week, they were excellent at being inline with the insurance. They gave us great advise and was just overall a awesome place. I will recommend to everyone!β

βExcellent service on the install of a 2 inch leveling kit from rough country on my 26 RAM 1500. Have dealt with them before on bed covers and bed liners and they do really good work for reasonable prices.β

βIβve used Christian brothers over 3 years, quotes are usually more than the bill, questions are welcome and addressed well. They even give me enough info to decide if a repair can wait, or itβs something's really small that I can do myself. After paying for one repair, when I heard an intermittent noise I had not heard before, they searched and fixed it no charge. Most recently a 1 part requested maintenance turned into a 2 part repair but the part wasnβt available, extra time was taken to get me safely on the road with the promise of repair when a part comes from Tx plus my next oil change thrown for free.β
βAfter our transmission fell out of our car we had to get a tow back home. Davis Servicing and Towing Center came to our rescue. They even gave us a ride home after our Lyft driver bailed on us. If I could give a hundred stars I would.β
βBest transmission shop in Knoxville hands down. If you have a chevy 6L80 transmission they know this transmission inside out highly recommend!!! They have a nice waitting area and very intelligent staff.β

βI recently purchased a 2022 VW Taos for my daughter turning 16 and gave it to her on Christmas Day. Two days after getting the car, it started showing error codes and the engine light came on. Steve, the salesman who sold us the car helped us get the car into the shop ASAP. The service department was great with communication and got the problem resolved the same day. Thankfully it was just a turbo hose that came loose.β

βFirst time at All Terrain Auto. I called about a service I needed, they quoted about the same as other auto repair shops for an oil cooler. I took it to them because on the phone they easily explained the common issues and best options for repair, and it was obvious that they have done this repair. In person they are very friendly and professional. They did the job for what was quoted and completed on the day they said. Seems to be a top tier repair shop. Nice work thanks!β
