“I rented an SUV from 8314 Kingston Pike. The manager, Chris made part of my dream vacation possible. The car makes all the difference and allows for a cool vacation experience. Chris is top notch and aims to please his customers! He made sure I got the vehicle I really wanted! And Ian made the whole experience from renting with Enterprise a breeze! He's a true asset to Enterprise. His customer service skills are excellent! And he's friendly and helpful with any and all your rental car accomidations! “Great experience. I had rented a truck from another location in town. Unfortunately that other location couldn’t provide the trucks as they were down for maintenance.Rick called and was able to work with me to find the truck I needed. Although it took a few days and fortunately I had a flexible schedule, I was able to get the truck I needed. This location provided reasonable and satisfactory service given the circumstances. I will return next time I need a truck.”

“This is by the far the best and well run Hertz Local I've done business with. I rent a lot during the summer for work travel, and the cars are always ready and clean. Staff is great and greet you by name when you walk in. I'm a Hertz PC member and always get fantastic upgrades. Don't go to the airport and the extra fees. These guys are great!”
“We had to sit at the airport with a baby and wait for two hours for the car to be ready plus the agent gave us an attitude just for asking why the difference in cost from the online quote. But, honestly my expectations for rental cars are always so low that I actually give this place 4 stars. Car worked great and return was easy and painless. We returned a few hours before expected time, so we actually paid less than the original quote.”
