“The manager and two ladies at this branch and hands down the best alway helpful I recently had a total loss and when I got to this branch even though the manager wasn’t the loan officer who did my loan you would have sworn she was because just by caring and taking a little more time with me I was able to learn and use the disability I had purchased with my loan I gain a lot of knowledge by going to her I highly recommend her and her team to anyone who’s looking to take out any type of loan because how you treat a customer during a process like this tells a lot about a person and she not only gained my respect but a customer for years to come!”

“10/23: has improved since last review and the branch has moved down to Blaine.My partner went to deposit a estate check on the 8/8/19. At the 7701 Rutledge pike location, the female manager told him it would be ok and it would post within 7 days. It's the 12th and not only did the check bounce, (over 200k in the account, shouldn't have bounced), but they charged an overdraft fee. We are going to the main branch in Knoxville to get this resolved. The female manager at 7701 Rutledge pike needs to be fired. Not only was she unprofessional, but she's costing the bank money with our high yielding account. And we refuse to visit that location again in the future. We are going to file a report with the FTC and FDIC. This is ridiculously eating up our time and resources.. Shouldn't have happened if she was actually knowledgeable about her job.”

“Love the staff here. They’re always super helpful and friendly. I have only had one small issue at this location. It took almost 20 minutes to cash out my coin ticket and get bigger bills for 60 one dollar bills. I’m not sure if Brenda was having a bad day, as we all do, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt to people, but she reprimanded me because my bills did not lay flat. They weren’t crinkled or wadded up, I had just unfolded them and didn’t have time to flatten it with a book. She made a couple comments through the entire interaction, even though it only spit out one bill. Once again I love this location and have only had positive experiences except that one.”

“I have banked at Enrichment for over 30 years. I have always had great service at the West branch on Kingston Pike and in more recent years at the Northshore location as well. Employees I have interacted with have always been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly yet professional. Over the years I've gravitated to on line banking and now enjoy remote deposit and mobile banking on my phone. Help has always been available through phone or messages on line. I love my line of credit that backs up my checking account so on the rare occasions that timing becomes an issue or I make a misstep, I can correct asap for very little interest so I never have a late fee. Thanks Enrichment for such great service and array of services.”

“The teller today was so gracious. I needed a money order and to change my address. She made me feel as if I was the only customer in the bank. The bank was clean from glass to teller station and felt sanitary.
