Spoke with service department on phone the lady was very unprofessional & hateful. Told me to she "couldn't do nothing for me until I was able to tell her my VIN number" which I didnot have my car with me at this time. 0 stars! I do not recommend this place!

My Ford F150 broke down out of town on business. I had to get it towed there. They responded to me quickly and gave me a good time frame I could work with. Friendly service and treated me right. Truck is fixed and working perfectly. Also, got all the recalls done while it was in shop.

Bought a new used ford 550 with 86 miles on it. Missing still after 3 months. Spare key, radio antenna.and spare wheel and tire. Was promised everything and nothing after three months Tim was the salemen. Phone calls and text messages and nothing. Be careful. I got burned
