Madewell is a clothing store focused on women's and men's denim, believing good days start with great jeans. It also offers everything to wear with jeans, like tees, outerwear, footwear, and bags. Customers find the sales associates and managers to be extremely friendly, helpful, and wonderful. Staff go above and beyond to help, doing full fittings to find the perfect pair for any body shape or size. They simplify the process and make customers feel comfortable, never making them feel difficult. Many call it their favorite store and highly recommend it for finding jeans that fit well.
Store is always beautiful and Richard is awesome. I shop at this store because of the amazing merchandising and because of Richard kindness!

Erin at Madewell Knoxville was an incredible aid in helping me spruce up my wardrobe! I usually get anxiety when shopping and end up leaving stores with nothing to show for my time spent. Erin helped me pick out things that look as wonderful as they feel on. Set up a time to work with her! 10/10!

Madewell is hands down my favorite clothing store. I tend to buy online more often than not but when I do venture in-store, the sales associates and managers are always so friendly and helpful.
