Madewell is a clothing store focused on women's and men's denim, believing good days start with great jeans. It also offers everything to wear with jeans, like tees, outerwear, footwear, and bags. Customers find the sales associates and managers to be extremely friendly, helpful, and wonderful. Staff go above and beyond to help, doing full fittings to find the perfect pair for any body shape or size. They simplify the process and make customers feel comfortable, never making them feel difficult. Many call it their favorite store and highly recommend it for finding jeans that fit well.
Madewell is hands down my favorite clothing store. I tend to buy online more often than not but when I do venture in-store, the sales associates and managers are always so friendly and helpful.

The store manager, Richard, was extremely helpful! I had a small issue with my first pair of Madewell jeans, but he went above and beyond to find the best solution. I really love the fit of Madewell jeans so I’ll be back!
