“Recently went to Office Depot on Kingston Pike for Office Supplies. I remember when they first opened the doors at this location, I have been shopping there many times. The before school shopping time and the Tax Free weekend that TN offers, my only advise is to get there early because they run out of things. Been there, was not fun. But besides that time, they keep the store well stocked the rest of the year. They do tend to keep up with Technology changes as well when it comes to computers that they sale. I personally like filling my needs for Writing implements & Office Supplies here. For the most part the Staff is friendly, however the guy that walks around the store wearing his Air Pods, well he is not helpful at all. I asked him a question as he walked right past me, he apparently did not hear me. I followed and asked again but another staffer saw that I was asking for help and helped me, she also apologized to me for her co-workers rude behavior. I did complain about the other person to her. Otherwise, I have not had an extremely bad experience there.”
“Not only was this location open on Sunday but the woman working there looked like she thoroughly had a handle on being the only one there and the store was packed. She had a 6 person line but multi tasked well and had a wonderful attitude. She moved fast and helped us out with returning our Amazon. We will definitely be returning to this location.”

“Unbelievably fantastic customer 5. Why can't every business be this pleasant and efficient? This mother and daughter team run it like pure perfection. They care and they're fast and knowledgeable. I do all my Amazon returns and handle any shipping needs here. Other locations I've been to only pale in comparison. This place is so easy to overlook, like literally I drove past and never knew a UPS store was there. But if you go, you won't spend your time and money anywhere else. This place is truly amazing.”
“I came here because of your recycling policy on ink and old printers today. I liked how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was and that I could find items pretty well.I also love how well kept the store is except for the bathroom. The bathroom today was beyond filthy and it was only 10:30 am on a Saturday morning with not too many customers in the store. That one area is keeping me from giving your location 5 stars sadly. Keep that area presentable as much as possible please and thank you for all of your services today.”

“well, i never used fed ex before but i would try twice in a week. the first time i dealt with rhea who was excellent in packing a picture and printing my ebay slip to mail. very pleased with the procedure. the second time i dealt with i believe patsy. she was good also, although i was confused about the very high charge to ship to california. between the two of us, i should have asked before paying 143. oo ridiculous price as i almost ended losing on this. she did an excellent job of packing the picture, but the pricing could have been explained. i assume she thought i knew. i would recommend this fed ex by check pricing before getting package wrapped to ship. little late once that was done”
