“This was literally one of the best visits to any store ive ever had. Im a real customer and I had a very good experience. I went there for dog food but ended up buying some trees as well. Melissa and Kelly were beyond helpful. They helped load the trees, they stopped what they were doing just to help me. Melissa is the definition of a good customer service agent! If anyone deserves a raise this girl does. Please keep her around. She should run a store. Thank you for hiring the both of them. They make this store a great place. “This Ryder service is top notch from the service writer to the service Tech. I called ahead and talk to the lady in service and told her my issue and as soon as I got there the door was open as soon as I checked in and before I ever got my trailer unhooked . I apologise for stinking their shop and service writers office up with the bad batteries. I’ve had many visits to several shops with this unit and actually just got it outta Hebron Ky Ryder with a longtime def issue and hopefully my issues are resolved, If not Strawberryplains will be my go to place. Thanks for great service!!”
“Overall easy experience. Placed order online, got pickup time, got confirmation call a half hour before pickup time...simple from the get go. The employees got the rest of my information and payment right away. The truck was pulled up front, gassed and ready for me to inspect. The gentleman even had the heater going so the cab would be warm for us. Definitely recommend!!”
“Pick up and drop off was excellent! No problems at all! The mpg on the 20ft truck was a lot better than I expected! The ride was very comfortable and had plenty of room, except for the driver’s long legs. The only thing I can complain about is that the truck did not have cruise control. On a long haul, 560 mile, having no cruise control was difficult because of leg cramps. Had to make frequent stop just to stretch out legs. That is the only downfall. Every thing else, was perfect. I would give U-Haul 9.5 out of 10. If the trucks had cruise control-I would give them a PERFECT 10!”

“Derek and the team at U-Haul were super great throughout the months our move from knoxville spanned. Derek was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating during the whole process. We were able to leave our Ubox at his secure facility and bring items there for a few months as we were transitioning out. Derek also helped us pick up 2 more Uboxes when it was time to move. I can't thank Derek and the team enough for helping things go well during our move!”
“I rented a trailer from this location to move a woman in, and a gentlemen named Robbie had asked me if I had thought it through first. I claimed that I did but it seemed he already knew I did not. If you are a future customer here, listen to him, he knows his stuff on all fronts.”
“It was quick and easy. The only thing is when I left the gas hand was on Full so I stopped and put gas back in the truck so when I brought it back it showed Full however they charged me for more gas stating I did not return it with the same amount of gas in it.”

“It was a great experience driving the 26' U-Haul from Northern California to Knoxville TN. It was a great ride with the exception, the truck was not built for sleeping. We had a car transporter. Had two separate flats on different days. It was an inconvenience, but U-Haul provided exceptional support service. They were supportive and very professional. I will definitely recommend U-Haul to others and will be using them again in the near future.”
“Great experience. I had rented a truck from another location in town. Unfortunately that other location couldn’t provide the trucks as they were down for maintenance.Rick called and was able to work with me to find the truck I needed. Although it took a few days and fortunately I had a flexible schedule, I was able to get the truck I needed. This location provided reasonable and satisfactory service given the circumstances. I will return next time I need a truck.”
