I ordered a mobile pickup but they didn't know how to do that so I had to wait for them to open. They didn't open on time so I had to wait about 15 mins after 9am for them to get settled. The store seems to run poorly which is a reflection on the manager. Perhaps they need to pay the employees more or give them better training.

It's an aged location, but the staff was friendly and very helpful. I will make it my goto for trailer rentals.

I worked with Justin and he was excellent. I got to say, Customer Service is really good here. I would come back anytime I needed hitch or trailer connection work.
