If you need to call to speak to a human/rep or supervisor, it will not happen. So don't even bother attempting it. And if you decide to go in person, be prepared to be standing in line for 45 minutes in a hot waiting area. Very light clothing is your best bet

I hate this post office for real. Please close it down & start all new. Listen to the people, the reviews are giving. Somebody please come put that place back in order.

It's bad when you have to set and wait on the mail man to deliver your mail and it takes them all day . You guys need to do better .
