Horrible! The procedures seem to change with each employee that works there. No one is on the same page and because of that I’ve had to jump through hoops to get anything sent off.

Don't ever bother planning ahead if you need to sign for a package. Some days they show up past 5pm and some days like today they show up before 9am.
Edit: Also they don't answer the phone so asking a simple question isn't even possible, that's nice!
