I've had a great experience the last two times I've been in. Maybe they're working to improve, but no complaints here. The lady at the desk was super friendly

I paid for priority mail with a flat rate box. It has been 9 days and it still hasn't been delivered. I will never spend the added cost of priority mail again. Mail service seems to continue to be unreliable.
